Welcome and thank you for visiting our website. Hanya is a Bali based slow fashion brand that is focused on making high quality, minimalistic swimwear and apparel that is produced ethically using sustainable materials.

We are constantly seeking for wholesale partners that share Hanya's vision of sustainability and responsible production. If you are interested in partnering with us, please read our terms & conditions below mindfully, as these are binding once an agreement is entered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

1. For a Hanya branded wholesale order

• Apparel: 10 pieces per article and colour
• Swimwear: 10 pieces per article and colour
• Merchandise: 6 pieces per article and colour
• For apparel or swimwear, you can request any combination of size breakdown, as long as the total quantity meets our MOQ. Example:

2. For white / private labelling of Hanya's collection

• Apparel: 50 pieces per article and colour
• Swimwear: 36 pieces per article and colour
• Merchandise: 15 pieces per article and colour
• For apparel or swimwear, you can request any combination of size breakdown, as long as the total quantity meets our MOQ. Example:

PRICE OR QUANTITY NEGOTIATION

• Prices are subject to change based on: (1) material availability and fluctuations (2) any changes in order from the client from the original order.
• Further discounts are negotiable for subsequent wholesale orders.
• MOQ is negotiable for orders for larger article quantity.

QUOTATION & PAYMENT

• Quotations are valid for 30 days and may be revised after expiration.
• We accept payments via Bank Transfer, TransferWise, PayPal, and we require all international transfers to be made in full.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required before production will commence. The remaining balance is required to be settled 5 days prior to completion.

PRODUCTION

• Hanya products are handcrafted and can have minor variations. All dimensions and finishes can vary from samples and 100% exact matching is not guaranteed. Please allow for 2,5% on major defects and 4% on minor defects.
• The production lead time is approximately 45 working days upon receiving of payment.

SHIPMENT

• We ship from our factory at Jalan Muding Sari Gg 100X No.7, Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia.
• We offer four airfreight options for international shipping: TNT, Fedex, DHL, EMS.
• The shipping cost will be informed within 5 days prior to completion of production. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number via email or personal chat. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.
• The delivery date depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once shipped, any delays are not our responsibility.
• All orders must be paid in full and have an outstanding invoice balance of zero dollars prior to freight & shipping.

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

• For Hanya brand wholesaler, feel free to request our existing marketing / catalogue photos.
• You are allowed to share our imagery online. Please let us know your website, online shop, and social media accounts. Be sure to tag us so we can share your post.

EXCLUSIVITY

• We do not restrict sales within certain locations. Feel free to sell Hanya from and to anywhere around the world.
